My overall experience was amazing! I was a walk in, and not only was the staff super accommodating and professional, but also super nice and took great and precise care for my gel manicure and gel pedicure. Every step of the way they ensured to check in and did an overall great job! As an added bonus, the place was clean and staff ensured to keep everything hygienic every step of the way.
I came in with my mother and sister for gel pedicures, and the customer service was terrible. The staff had an attitude, and when my sister asked for her big toe to be filed further, it was left uneven and she was told “no.” I had to step in and request it be fixed, and then was told I couldn’t be in the area. The pedicure itself was mid at best. The polish application was sloppy, they barely cleaned around the nails, and they didn’t even bother to properly remove the gunk inside the toenails. For a service that’s supposed to feel clean and refreshing, it felt rushed and careless. To make things worse, when I went to pay and asked if they accepted Zelle, one employee said yes and another said no — very inconsistent and shady. Overall, the whole experience lacked professionalism and quality. Would not recommend.
First time at Veronica Nails left me so impressed. Fanny did me right!!! The reviews calling out the salon’s attention to detail are all spot on. Fanny took her time, meticulously pouring over every detail. I felt like I got VIP treatment. My dip mani came out great. Pricing was very reasonable - paid $60 for tips + dip. Looking forward to returning!
